| Tue 29th Sep 2009 | Charles R | Anyway, thanks for all your help in the class. Your course helped me in many ways. I constantly practice the skills and techniques while riding. When I do make a mistake, I can now recognize it and work on it. Before the course, I made many mistakes and never knew it. Some of those could have led to disaster.
Your efforts to accommodate my handicap while helping me meet the safety standards required are much appreciated. You both truly go beyond the call of duty.

| Sun 31st May 2009 | Bob C | Just wanted to drop a line to thank you for (the coaches). I just attended the 2 Day BRC class taught by (the coaches) 5/30 and 5/31/09. They were very pleasant, always made sure they accommodated everyone. They kept the class very upbeat and made certain all participants understood each skill.
They made the course informative, fun, and successful.
Thanks for the great class!

| Tue 26th May 2009 | Billy C | Misty & Alan
You two are great at what you do I will be a much better rider with what I learned in your class and look forward to putting it to use on the road.
|
| Sun 24th May 2009 | Don T | Misty & Alan-- The A&M “Basic Rider Course,” with its positive crawl-walk-run progression that dispels student apprehension and encourages rider skills and knowledge development, was … fun! Easily-located sites, multimedia “ground school,” constructive & encouraging practical application coaching – the complete package. Kudos! -- your professionalism and love of motorcycling shows! Thanks again-- |
| Mon 13th Apr 2009 | Kenny F | I took the course over this past Easter weekend. I would like to take a minute to thank you, (Misty), Alan, for an excellent training class. I have been riding motorcycles all my life and still learned quite a few new things that will help make myself a better and safer rider. Thank you for taking the time to be very friendly and patient with all the students in our class. Obviously you all are very passionate about this work and it shows in you"re effort and concern for motorcycle safety.
PS: Once again, thank you all very much and good luck with your future training program.
|
| Tue 7th Apr 2009 | John B | Thank-you for providing a fun and excellent BRC Course. As an older-beginner rider, it is sometimes intimidating to be surrounded by younger and more experienced riders. Our class included a wide variety of ages and experience levels. Your staff handled each unique rider with equal attention and instruction. I truly believe that all of us left your course more confident and with improved skills.
I also witnessed your handling of both the excitement of those passing the evaluation and those that needed more practice. In each situation, they were handled with kindness and grace. To that, you should be commended.
I will definitely recommend A&M to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
|
| Sun 5th Apr 2009 | Brian J | I just wanted to take the time to express how much I really enjoyed the BRC. The experience was a very pleasant one, and all of the faculty was very warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable for the duration spent with the instructors.
(Class coach) is a very nice and friendly guy. He seems like the type of person who can talk to anyone and make them feel like they have known him for a while. (Range coaches) also are wonderful coaches that demonstrates enthusiasm and expertise in their field. As far as instructors go, I believe these individuals to be top-notched, and would not have asked for anything more from them.
Overall, the course was not only informative, but also very fun. It has been a great pleasure to learn from A & M Motorcycle school, and I hope the quality will stay as it is.
|
| Sat 4th Apr 2009 | Lorinda N | To whom it may concern,
I attended your 2 day class from 4-4 / 4-5
I wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude. (The coaches) really made the class enjoyable by joking around quit a bit.
I was very nervous at first because I was the only female in the class. But they didn’t treat me any difference then the guys I was very comfortable. They were really patient with us but most of all; they were extremely encouraging to us all. They seemed to love sharing their knowledge.
I will recommend your course to friends.

| Sun 22nd Mar 2009 | Phil D | I completed the course last week end and was looking on the site to find the comments / survey page. With no luck, I decided I"d just email you to let you know that the class was great. I enjoyed the people, learning and all activities provided by said class.
Even after riding for 10 plus years, I learned a great deal about safety and improved my regular driving as well. "more aware out there".
|
| Sun 1st Mar 2009 | James F | Hi Misty, just wanted to let you know that I really had fun with the Instructor for the written part this weekend, I learned lots as a 5-year rider.
On the practical side, it was awesome too,(the coaches) were excellent. Really enjoyed the time spent with them and wanted to let you know that they are great asset’s to your business as is the class instructor. I really learned lots overall, and will recommend your business to other fellow riders. Two thumbs up!!!!! =)
|
| Sun 1st Mar 2009 | Joseph P. | I took the Basic Riders course on the 27th of FEB to the 1st of Mar. I wanted to let you know I have the best time of my life doing it. I had (RC) in the class room and he did an amazing time explaining the basics so I felt comfortable getting on a motorcycle the next day. For the on the bike training I had (coaches names removed) and they were outstanding themselves. I had no prior motorcycle experience but their training and their expertise made me feel confident and comfortable to learn how to ride a motorcycle. Even though it rained really bad Sunday morning while we were in our last part of the class they still made it enjoyable. I now can say that I ride a motorcycle and I could not have done it without (the coaches). Whenever anyone asks me where to go to learn to ride a motorcycle I will always tell them A & M Motorcycle Safety Course is the only way to go. |
| Sun 1st Mar 2009 | Marian H. | Just wanted to say thank you! I got your call this morning and went out to the field test site. I got there just in time to join them on the skills practice which really helped. I PASSED the test!!! |
| Sun 1st Mar 2009 | J B | just wanted to say thanks for everything. i feel i am a more competent rider and am more confidant to ride in Jacksonville traffic because I took this course. the rider coaches were par excellence. |
| Sun 25th Jan 2009 | Patrick L | Just wanted to take the time to thank you both for the class! I had a great time and feel like I learned so much. Ill send a picture when I get my first bike. Keep up the great work! |
| Fri 23rd Jan 2009 | Dan N. | Excellent! Everything about it was Excellent.
I rode a motorcycle, decades ago, and recently acquired another one. It was like starting over.
This course, the materials and, especially the instructors made it possible for me to not just absorb information about motorcycle safety but to take it and put it to practical use making it automatic while riding.
While I still need practice, I am now confident that I can ride safely.
Thank you,
|
| Tue 20th Jan 2009 | Pete L. | Misty,
I had a wonderful time with you and your husband at the safety course! You guys do a fantastic job and made it a lot of fun. Thank for all of your help!
|
| Sun 7th Dec 2008 | Michael V. | And may I add, I enjoyed your course, your instructors worked very well together.
They kind of had that good cop, bad cop kind of feel to them; the one was pushing you on
And the other was telling you that you are doing good, keep up the good work.
They both also seemed to enjoy what they were doing, there is nothing better than doing a
Job that you like to do, could it also be possible to get these two guys names I forgot them
I would also like to fill out that questionnaire and let them know that they are great instructors.
Again thank you Misty.

| Sun 23rd Nov 2008 | Walter Z | I just wanted to tell you that I had a blast and one heck of a learning experience with the course I took this past weekend. Your instructors were very knowledgeable always concerned with our safety and always encouraged us to ask questions, which they answered to our satisfaction. I wish that everybody I"d encounter in life was as professional as them. I"m sure that with the appropriate training/practice I will be a confident and safe rider. I"m looking forward to get on the road and enjoy the ride. Once again thanks for providing such a good service to us newbees. |
| Wed 12th Nov 2008 | Mitch M | As a participant in your BRC course on 11/11 - 11/12/2008 I really enjoyed it. The
instructors were absolutely GREAT!! I would recommend your course
to anyone that is interesting in riding or for general knowledge of motorcyclist. Thank
you and a JOB WELL DONE!!
|
| Sat 1st Nov 2008 | Hayley B. | I also wanted to let you know that they (the coaches) were wonderful. It was a fantastic experience, especially considering it was the first time I"d ever ridden a motorcycle. (The coaches) personality was terrific. I"m extremely critical of myself, which comes from being a top athlete and very competitive my entire life. The advice he gave was always delivered in a positive manner, and I"m glad I was able to make him laugh hysterically with one of my crazy mistakes. I hope to take your advanced class in the future, once I become a proficient rider. I plan on spending a lot of time on back neighborhood roads and parking lots until all the controls are second nature. Thank you for providing such a wonderful class and excellent instructors. |
| Sat 1st Nov 2008 | Keith S | Misty:
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for an absolutely outstanding experience in the two day Basic course this past weekend. I had never (really!) been on a motorcycle before, and while I am far from street worthy, I learned so much about the basic operation and safety issues that I believe it will make me a better and more attentive auto driver.
The course was very informative, well paced and interesting. (The coach) was a great classroom teacher- his personal reflections on his own riding experiences translated the concepts into some real life application and he managed our varied personalities and learning styles smoothly. The guys on the range were phenomenal! Their patience and encouragement (as well as senses of humor) were motivating. Their knowledge and experience was apparent, and their ability to diagnose and treat the signs and symptoms of impending motorcycle rider failure (mine especially) was outstanding. (The coach"s) banter lightened the mood at many key moments.
While I really wish I had had more time for some very fundamental learning (so that my confidence might be higher), your course maximized in all ways what could be accomplished in two days of intensive learning and fun.
Please share my appreciation with the entire crew. Its not often that I find such uniform professionalism and good spirit anywhere nowadays, but you have certainly captured it.
|
| Thu 30th Oct 2008 | Audrey M | I wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude. (The coaches) really made the class enjoyable by joking around quit a bit.
I was very nervous even though I have been riding for 3 years.
They were really patient with us but most of all, they were extremely encouraging to us all. They seemed to love sharing their knowledge.
I will recommend your course to friends.
|
| Mon 20th Oct 2008 | Ben D | I took the Moto Safety course on the 20th, 21st. I just wanted to write and tell you that (all the coaches) did a great job! They were great instructors and it made learning the material very easy to do. Just wanted to give them some props! |
| Mon 20th Oct 2008 | T | I don’t want any info. I just got done with my class this past Friday and I just wanted to say that I had a great time. Those guys made everything so easy to understand and made it a lot of fun. Just thought I would let you guys know. Thanks a lot. Money well spent. |
| Fri 17th Oct 2008 | Alecia M | I just wanted to say how fun and enjoyable the course was. Both (coaches) were the best teachers to teach me about riding a motorcycles. I never once felt nervous about handling a motorcycles.
p.s. They wanted a quick "I love that class!" email....they wanted to be as cool as the weekend courses. haha Thanks again!
|
| Fri 17th Oct 2008 | Rob T | To whom it may concern,
I would like to give thanks to the instructors. My class was 10/13 and 10/14. The instructors were very professional and knowledgeable. I am an inexperienced rider and consider the training I received from this course invaluable. To (the coaches), I thank you both for the training I received. You both conducted yourselves in a professional way and I learned a lot from the course. Thank you both for your wisdom.
|
| Tue 14th Oct 2008 | Rick C | Misty,
Just wanted to say thanks for getting me into that class and (the coaches) were great and I would recommend your school to anybody that"s looking to get training.
|
| Mon 13th Oct 2008 | Blake C | I attended your 3 day class from 10-10 til 10-12. I wanted to say that when I signed up for the class, I thought that it was going to be just another way that the state sticks it to the little guy. But I have to say the class was great and even though I have been riding, longer then I should without my endorsement, For years. The guys were still able to identify and break some of my bad habits. It was my pleasure to take the class and fully endorse the training as helpful useful, and life saving. Good job and thank you. |
| Mon 13th Oct 2008 | Steve F | I was particularly impressed with the on - course instructors. They approached their roles with a nice combination of seriousness and moments of light humor. I liked how the format provided a moment of coaching with each student as needed after each exercise which was very beneficial. The final test on the course was challenging but fair. I think all 12 of us in the class were somewhat apprehensive as we readied to “take our turn” for the final evaluation but we were well prepared for it by the instructors. |
| Mon 6th Oct 2008 | Gerard B | Just wanted to take a moment and let you know that I enjoyed the class I took from your business this past weekend, and of course thrilled with my outcome. ALL instructors encountered were knowledgeable, clear and explained in detail course material covered and injected there experiences as well.. It was not just reading and doing. Having not driven a bike before, they put us in the same category and treated all the same. I even appreciated getting a pat on the back when I in fact completed the objective of the lesson. |
| Wed 24th Sep 2008 | Drew G | My wife and I took the class a couple of weeks ago. The instructors, were always positive and very helpful. (He) gave me some encouragement at a point in time when I was not sure if i was going to be able to finish the course |
| Mon 1st Sep 2008 | Ray P | This was a great course and the Rider Coaches were extremely professional. I think it gave me the confidence I was looking for to start riding my new ST1300. Can’t say enough good stuff about these guys and your school. Thanks. |
| Mon 1st Sep 2008 | Juan M | I just wanted to shout out a BIG THANK YOU...Riding a motorcycle is something I"ve been talking about for years. I decided that taking the rider course would tell me for sure how interested I really was. I was totally unprepared for what a truly unique and rewarding experience it would be. (The coaches) were just awesome! They worked hard to see that the class "stayed on the same page". What a wonderful thing to meet 2 people who really love what they do! It showed in every minute of our class. You could tell they were really a "team"!! again Thank you guys so much for a wonderful two days-you made it fun and safe for all of us,and we learned so much from you! I have and will continue to recommend the motorcycle training course very highly to everyone and hopefully go back for the experienced course |
| Wed 13th Aug 2008 | Bill J | Thanks for your patience and presenting an excellent course. |
| Sun 10th Aug 2008 | Bill B | I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks. We had a great class, it was very informative and helpful. On a personal note I want to thank (the coach) for not treating me any different than any other student in class, although we"ve known each other since 1994 he didn"t cut me any slack, which made me realize how much this class can help in my safety. And for than I have tons of respect for him. I watch and learned a lot from him and Dave as did the rest of our friends who took the class that day. One thing that stands out in my head is how comfortable they made us feel, it was "fun" to learn with their teaching style. As we all know its easier to learn in a "fun" atmosphere verses a drill sergeant one. Well thanks again for all your help and guys keep up the great work. |
| Sun 13th Jul 2008 | Paul C | Just completed you course. Days were long, skills were learned, instructors were awesome. I would and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks for being there for us Motorcycle newbie"s! |
| Mon 30th Jun 2008 | Kevin W | Sept 2007 my wife and I came through your course. Today I have 9000 miles on my VTX. Why you might ask am I saying thank you this late. Today
On the way to work on Old St Aug rd south of San Jose I was passed by a bike. I was doing the speed limit when he went by. A car pulled out and yes
He laid it down. Due to frame sliders on the bike and the body armor that he was wearing we were able to lift the bike restart it and he rode away after
A few min and exchanging insurance for him and the car. Why did this prompt this e-mail. Well at the speed limit I still had to think fast and move away
So I did not run him over. After avoiding him I had to avoid the car that his bike hit. Well I ended up on the sidewalk parked. Climbed off my VTX 1300C
(not a light bike at all) helped out in any way I could.
With out your training and your instructors I do not think I would have made the right choices to avoid any contacts and scratches on my bike.
Thank you again for everything.
OH Yes I told the rider of the sport bike to go to the course and gave him your web site. Yes I carry that info with me.
|
| Mon 30th Jun 2008 | Chad T | Just wanted to drop a line stating how much I enjoyed the class this past weekend.(The coaches)were awesome they made the class enjoyable and ran really smoothly even with the rain delays. Even though I have rode dirt bikes and four wheelers with limited experience on street bikes I feel like I really learned a lot. I will definitely recommend this class to people.
Thanks again for a great experience.
|
| Sat 4th Jun 2005 | Dave | All I can say is. WOW! What an experience today was. Misty and Al are awesome. They made me feel like I was among friends I had known for years. Very comfortable and friendly. In the classroom, it was a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere, With Misty doing most of the instruction and Al manning the light switch for the video"s...that is until Misty fired him for poor job performance. ;) Then (another coach) took over the lights.
Out on the range, Misty and (other coach) coached us and were extremely easy to get along with. They explained everything and demonstrated all the maneuvers. They complemented each other well. They both knew what the other was doing and that made communication for everyone a breeze.
(Our first class at A & M!!~Misty)
